We aim to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible. Delivery will take a maximum of two weeks from the date the order is placed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via the email address provided at the time of purchase, allowing you to monitor the progress of your delivery.

Returns & Refunds

We offer free postage-paid returns for eligible items. Returns and refunds are available after 30 days from the date of order.

To qualify for a return or refund, items must meet the following conditions:

The goods must be unused and in immaculate condition

All original components, packaging, and accessories must be included

The item must be in a fully resellable condition

 

If a returned item does not meet these requirements, we may be unable to process a refund.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at info@cerathrive.com with your order details. We will provide instructions along with a prepaid return shipping method.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable period for the refund to appear in your account depending on your payment provider.
