Light Tree Ventures ("we", "our", "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your information when you use the CERA App ("the App").

Depending on how you choose to use the App, we may collect the following information.

Guest Users

You may use the App as a Guest without creating an account. In this case, we intentionally collect very little personal information.

Certain technical information (such as device metadata) may be generated automatically by your mobile device or operating system.

 

 

Google or Apple Sign-In

If you choose to sign in using Google or Apple (iCloud), we may receive information that you have authorised the provider to share, including:

  • Your name

  • Email address (where provided)

  • Profile picture

  • Basic profile information

  • Unique account identifier

The exact information shared depends on your Google or Apple account settings and permissions.

 

 

Calendar Access

If you grant permission, the App may access your device or account calendar solely to provide calendar-related features within the App.

We only access calendar information after you explicitly grant permission.

When you use the App, certain technical information may be generated automatically by your device or cloud services, including:

  • Operating system version

Information is securely stored using Amazon Web Services (AWS).

We take reasonable administrative, technical and organisational measures to help protect personal information against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration or destruction.

No method of electronic storage or internet transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

 

 

8. Sharing Your Information

We do not sell your personal information.

We may share information only when necessary with trusted service providers that assist in operating the App, including:

  • Amazon Web Services (AWS)

  • Google (if you choose Google Sign-In)

  • Apple (if you choose Sign in with Apple)

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or legal process.

 

 

9. International Users

The App is available worldwide.

Your information may be processed and stored in countries other than your own, including countries where our cloud infrastructure or service providers operate.

The CERA App is designed to support general wellness and personal well-being. Depending on how you use the App, you may choose to record or view information relating to your health, wellness, routines, symptoms, or other personal well-being data ("Health Data").

How We Use Health Data

Any Health Data you choose to provide is used solely to:

  • Deliver the App's wellness features and functionality.
  • Personalise your experience within the App.
